AULDENFIRE, L.L.C. Auldenfire, LLC is an international company that provides incubator and management consulting assistance for startup technology companies through initial funding, professional management services, logistical support, materiel and human resources. Auldenfire's core management team is comprised of degreed professionals. Each member has at least ten years of professional experience managing large-scale technology development projects as well as other applicable skills required for the conception, development and management of leading-edge, technology-based commercial and government projects. Auldenfire was established in 1983 as a technology assessment and research group. By 1993, Auldenfire was concentrating on government contracts using its cumulative experience in state-of-the-art information technology development projects. These assignments included air combat support and artillery support military simulation software; disaster coordination and support software; facilities management software; hazardous materials tracking and monitoring software; logistics support software; tactical ground combat military simulation software; tactical naval combat military simulation software; strategic defense systems software; missile defense software; robotics software for munitions manufacturing; strategic information processing software; image processing software; and integrated combat control systems software. More recently, projects have included statistics software for a production operations management textbook; sales and marketing software; mortgage loan tracking software; combined arms tactical military simulation software; Internet communication software; mobile Internet application development; e-business Internet development; and web site design. Many of these assignments required extreme confidentially and government security clearances. In 2000, Auldenfire was reorganized as a strategic management and support organization to capitalize on its strategic planning, economic development, incubator, and management and administrative support services to assist existing and emerging companies based in North America and Western Europe. Auldenfire's energies are now directed toward providing management consulting expertise for its own subsidiaries and various client companies including: Professional Strategic Management Services - Auldenfire provides individual consultants and specially organized consulting teams to address specifically identified and defined management issues faced by its own subsidiaries and various client entities.
